GREENVILLE, S.C.—The Home Builders Association of Greenville unveiled its new Bridge Awards logo at their gala this past Thursday, April 26. This logo is the first of a new collection of logos that the will be used to brand not only the association, but also its complete suite of signature programs and events that serve the home building industry and the community as a whole.
“2002 was the last time we updated the Home Builders Association of Greenville brand,” James Speer, APB, 2018 President of the Home Builders Association and partner in CarsonSpeer Builders, said. “A lot has happened in 15 years. We formed the Sales and Marketing Council of the Upstate, the Professional Women in Building Council of the Upstate and created the Approved Professional Builder program and the Bridge Awards. The importance of a unified brand identity for the association and its programs became clear to the Board of Directors during the past year.”
The re-branded logos—created by Flourish Integrated Communications—for the Home Builders Association of Greenville, Approved Professional Builder, Bridge Awards, Upstate Parade of Homes, Professional Women in Building Council of the Upstate, Southern Home & Garden Show and Sales & Marketing Council of the Upstate can be found here.
“Our new, consistent branding will help members and the general public to recognize each program as a feature of the Home Builders Association of Greenville,” Speer said. “Next steps include a new website for the association, as well as a website for the Upstate Parade of Homes. We are excited about this time of transition for our members’ association.”
About the Home Builders Association of Greenville
The Home Builders Association of Greenville was founded on January 16, 1960. The association was officially organized and chartered as an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders on that date in 1960. The association was formed so home builders and other professionals in the home building industry could work together and cooperate in promoting the industry, new homes, home remodeling, repairs and improvements, and other areas of interest to the home building industry. The association began with a few dedicated members and has grown to almost 500-member firms today. For more information, please call 864-254-0133, or visit http://www.hbaofgreenville.com.
