Earlier this month, the Flourish Events team headed to Charlotte for one of our favorite events to date. Our team was tasked with creating an experience that would bring together several different brands focused on one particular audience: the affluent adventurer. This event was in our sweet spot.: We have more than two decades of experience marketing to the affluent consumer.
The mission was to bring a taste of North Carolina’s High Country to Charlotte in an impactful way. QC Exclusive Magazine served as the evening’s host, bringing together several brands for a unique event. The magazine has featured all the brands at one point or another and helped introduce them to the Charlotte community. Set at Laca Projects, an art gallery near Charlotte’s South End, guests were treated to a night of mingling, drinks and very, very delicious food – courtesy of Rooster’s Wood-fired Kitchen and True Crafted Pizza. Guests also enjoyed live music and a whiskey-tasting bar while they learned more about each of the event partners.
Blue Ridge Mountain Club, a mountain community in the heart of the High Country, shared exciting community news from groundbreaking on their new clubhouse to upcoming summer events. Chetola Resort, an upscale mountain resort in Blowing Rock, revealed how it was the perfect destination for any adventurer with its exceptional package offerings – no matter if your interest lay in shooting, fishing or spending time at the spa. The Sporting Gent clothier was on hand to show off what an adventurer’s closet should look like, and Orvis Charlotte offered up a selection of the finest equipment and digs. Rounding out the experience, New London Arms showcased one-of-a-kind firearms with intricate detailing, and Land Rover Charlotte had several Range Rovers and Land Rovers on hand to demonstrate why they are the perfect car for the affluent adventurer.
Overall, our team had a blast combining these awesome brands into one targeted experience. We loved working with all of these partners, while experiencing some of Charlotte’s gems like Rhino Market & Deli and Cowbridge Furniture. We are looking forward to producing many more events like High Country Adventure in the QC!
