As part of our work with Coldwell Banker Caine, Flourish created a residential branding campaign to help united the company’s marketing and promotional efforts.
Real estate is all about relationships, so we wanted to bring those relationships front and center in the branding campaign. We came up with the “Home is…” campaign. The idea is to make the ads more personal to connect with potential buyers and sellers – the same as the Coldwell Banker Caine realtors do every day. They create relationships and connect with their clients. The ads portray moments and memories that are only found at home.
The 2015 branding campaign is running throughout the Upstate, as Coldwell Banker Caine has a regional presence, including in Spartanburg Herald Journal, Spartanburg Magazine, Greenville Journal, Greenville Business Magazine, TALK Magazine, TOWN Magazine and Pickens County Courier.
