Jamie Prince founded flourish in Greenville, South Carolina, in 2009 and has spent two decades in marketing and communications. She has a knack for targeted idea generation and “seeing what’s missing” in an organization’s current promotional strategy. Under her leadership, flourish has grown to a team of 12, who have helped more than 125 brands and earned more than 60 awards at the international, national, and state levels.
This year, Jamie was honored as a top women-led PR agency and has been awarded the Thomas Duke Public Relations Practitioner of the Year Award by the South Carolina Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. She was also honored with a Leader Award by Business Black Box magazine and named among the “Best and Brightest: 35 and Under.” Jamie is a graduate of both Leadership Greenville and Furman University’s CONNECTIONS: Women Leaders of the Upstate programs.
In the community, under Jamie’s leadership, flourish has donated more than $150,000 in time and service to various charitable organizations. Personally, she has served on the boards of Greenville Women Giving, the Charity Ball Board of Greenville, Carolina Ballet Theatre, the South Carolina Public Relations Society and the FRIENDS of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Jamie is also an active member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church.
Jamie received her undergraduate degree from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society, and is an alumna of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.
Kristan is an accomplished digital marketing strategist with more than 15 years of corporate marketing experience. Kristan served in management positions at Michelin North America and subsequently The Cliffs Communities where she managed the strategic online marketing planning and implementation for top global brands. She has a proven track record of developing innovative yet practical digital marketing solutions that deliver impressive business results.
Kristan offers a depth of understanding in how digital marketing helps companies build awareness of their brands and move consumers to purchase, and has a keen grasp of successful marketing strategies that fit into the totality of a brand’s marketing portfolio.
Kristan assists FLOURISH clients with strategic digital planning and execution, including search engine optimization, email marketing, digital advertising, website creation and management, and social media.
A graduate of Furman University, Peyton has worked in several prominent advertising agencies over the past 20 years, as well as on a client-side brand marketing team. Her category experience includes regional CPG brands, luxury real estate, financial services, tourism and regional grocery and restaurant chains. And her project work ranges from collateral development, direct mail and event management to broadcast production, consumer research and interactive projects from simple banner ads to complex website builds. Her peers and clients say that Peyton is a clear communicator, dependable collaborator and efficient task juggler.
Peyton has been actively involved in the Greenville chapter of the American Advertising Federation for many years, serving as its youngest president and being the youngest recipient of its most prestigious Silver Medal Award in 2011. She has also held leadership positions at both the regional and national levels of AAF.
Peyton moonlights as a dance mom to her daughter and enjoys reading and traveling.
For nearly 20 years, Jenn has been designing and developing events to remember. Having worked with and helping build iconic brands that include Chevrolet, Verizon, and Denny’s among others, Jenn’s passion is planning and executing large-scale events that create engaging customer experiences and generate client successes.
Jenn’s professional capabilities include onsite activations, tradeshow design and logistics, mobile and guerrilla marketing, sponsorship fulfillment, product launches, sweepstakes and promotions and environmental design.
A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Jenn received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her MBA from the University of Georgia.
When not working, you can find her on a field or a court with her husband and two children, all of whom are very active in sports. She is very involved with Northwood Little League and attends Buncombe Street United Methodist Church.
Amanda splits her time between business development, digital marketing, and account management. She leads the onboarding of new clients in the flourish family. She also works closely within flourish’s account management team, managing our clients’ digital needs, including social media, websites and SEO/SEM campaigns. Amanda is certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business. Prior to joining flourish, Amanda served as the Director of Marketing for Fairway Ford, Lincoln, and Subaru, where she developed and executed a comprehensive, award-winning digital marketing strategy for the three automotive brands. Amanda also led the dealerships’ community engagement activities. Amanda graduated from North Greenville University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.
Allison serves as Flourish’s Development Specialist with eight years of experience in non-profit administration and fundraising. Her previous work experience includes the YMCA of Greenville, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, Pittsburgh Opera, and various freelance grant writing organizations. A native of Summerville, South Carolina, she graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management and a minor in Music, which have naturally led her into a career in fundraising.
Christine Morgan has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of communication, marketing and design and is responsible for creating custom graphic content for Flourish’s clientele. Christine obtained her degree in Communication Studies from Furman University and was a recipient of Furman’s Endel Medal for Excellence in Communication Studies. Prior to joining Flourish, Christine served as the Communications Director for the Girl Scouts of South Carolina Mountains to Midlands (Formerly Girl Scouts of the Old 96 Council), a graphic designer for a commercial print company, and the Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Caine – where she helped launch a division marketing department. Her career took a turn in 2012 when she became a freelancer to spend more time with her son and focus on what she loves most – helping small businesses and non-profits develop their branding and visual identities. A Greenville resident since college, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband Darion, 5-year-old Ezra and “high-strung” cocker spaniel.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the media and publishing industries, Jordana Megonigal brings senior-level copywriting experience to flourish, helping refine client communications and develop brand voice. With a degree in magazine publishing from the University of Georgia, Jordana’s experience spans all facets of the media and marketing worlds, including customer service, project management, magazine and book publishing, leadership, strategy and brand development, and—of course—writing. In her free time, Jordana loves spending time with her husband Bryan and three children, developing additional business ventures, and hopefully catching a little bit of Georgia football.
Since 2016, Heather has served as a consultant., providing marketing and branding in a thoughtful way to a variety of clients. For four years, she served as the Director of Marketing for Gabriel Builders, one of the nation’s top custom homebuilders located here in Greenville. Heather’s agency experience includes five years spent at FUEL and Traveling Storytellers in which she served as Director of Marketing and Business Development and Marketing Director, respectively.
With more than 20 years of experience in many facets of marketing, Heather has worked to steward many brands, including Signature: Luxury Pools & Outdoor Living, Dillard-Jones Builders, The Meyer Center, the Southern Living Interior Design and Inspired Communities Network of Time Inc., North Greenville University, Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC), and more. Heather attended Kennesaw State University and Furman University, specializing in Business Management and Marketing.
Emily Shepherd is a digital expert with 14+ years developing high performance digital marketing campaigns for brands and agencies in the United States. Most recently she overhauled digital marketing practices for Rack Room Shoes & Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, establishing an in-house media team and increasing return on ad spend three fold in just two years. She has worked across dozens of industries for well-known US national and regional companies like Bloomin’ Brands (Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s, Bonefish Grill), Remax, Suntrust Bank, BB&T, Pultegroup, Rack Room Shoes, Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, The Body Shop, Club Med, and Equifax.
She has experience within healthcare & pharmaceutical, B2B, banking, education, retail, technology, and travel related industries. Her digital expertise spans media planning, search & social advertising, search engine optimization, programmatic display/video buying, customer segmentation development, and advanced marketing analytics.
