About Us

We call ourselves the flourish family because together, we’re so much more than simply the sum of our parts.

Our Beliefs

Visions

To create nobly and purposefully from our best selves

To serve as trusted counselors to our clients in the shepherding of their visions

Mission

To maximize our unique talents and gifts to better our client family

Core Values

The best ideas come from a place of truth that only reveals itself in an atmosphere of respect and acceptance.

There is no “I” in team.

Relationships are the currency of our business.

Words and images are our most powerful tools.

Great client service is a given, and can make up for almost any gap in knowledge or skill.

Asking questions and active listening leads to better results than assuming we understand.

We must put on the client’s eyes and step into their shoes every day in order to truly help them.

Success includes going the extra mile, thinking outside the box, and taking calculated risks.

Details greatly matter. Often, the small things make the biggest differences.

We freely exercise our professional authority and accept responsibility for outcomes for the decisions we back and believe in.

Leadership

#FLOURISHFAMILY

Our leadership team distinguishes us from other agencies. Flourish is made up overwhelmingly of senior-level professionals. Each of our team members has an average of 19 years in their fields of expertise. You will not find this in other agencies, as it’s antithetical to the typical agency model.

Our team knows best practices and stays on top of trends and new offerings. We know the pit falls to avoid. We work efficiently and have built a reputation for impeccable client service. Together, we’ve created flourish to be almost entirely a referral-based firm, in which new clients are earned through the recommendations of current ones.
